Richking founded the Vonne-Wellington School of Protocol® in 2023 to to address a critical gap in professional development: comprehensive, world-class protocol and etiquette training delivered with cultural understanding and practical application. With over 25 years of experience serving as Protocol Officer and Head of Protocol for two major organizations, he has personally equipped professionals across government, corporate, and diplomatic sectors with the protocol and etiquette skills that distinguish true excellence.
As an international protocol and etiquette professional with training from leading institutions in the United States and globally, Richking brings world-class standards to professionals worldwide. His expertise spans official protocol procedures, diplomatic etiquette, ceremonial coordination, and professional excellence. Beyond his protocol expertise, his extensive experience in business leadership and multinational operations across multiple sectors gives him deep insight into the professional demands of corporate leadership and the competitive advantage that protocol mastery provides.
